Promotional emails are never sent without your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe anytime.
We respect your inbox. Here's what you can expect.
Only triggered by your actions. If you don't use Tripzy for a week, you won't receive any transactional emails. Typical users receive 2-5 transactional emails per week during active trip planning.
Maximum 1-2 emails per month. We never spam or send daily newsletters. Each promotional email includes valuable travel planning content — never filler or irrelevant content.
Tripzy will never send you an email unless: (1) you created an account and performed an action that triggers a notification, or (2) you explicitly opted in to receive promotional content. We do not purchase email lists or send cold outreach.
You are always in control of your email preferences.
When you sign up for Tripzy, you are only subscribed to transactional emails related to your account and trip activity. Promotional emails require a separate, explicit opt-in through your account settings or during signup.
Every promotional email from Tripzy includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will immediately remove you from promotional mailing lists. You will continue to receive essential transactional emails related to your account.
You can update your email preferences anytime from your Email Preferences page. Choose which types of promotional emails you want to receive, or opt out completely.

Content: Curated destination recommendations based on your planning history. Each suggestion includes why it matches your interests and a direct link to start planning.
Includes: Unsubscribe link, email preferences link, and Tripzy physical mailing address (as required by law).
